We truly do want to be available to help support you in a time of need, but here are a few things to consider when using the afterhours text line:

· We are not always at the pharmacy or in front of a remote accessible computer, we rely on the accuracy of the prompted questions being answered.

· The afterhours support staff are the same staff who work at the pharmacy during open hours. Be aware nocturnal messages may be a longer response time.

· If there is no response within 30 minutes, please reach out again on the text line. We may be handling other texts and will get back to you as soon as we can
